Today I’m Grateful For…
By
I realized recently that I’ve had a bad attitude. Of course there are reasons behind it and yet I know that my attitude is to be like that of Christ (Philippians 2:5) and it certainly hasn’t been lately. So, I’m embarking on a new journey today – a journey of thankfulness.
As often as possible, I’m going to post things that I’m grateful for. Some may seem silly, some will be serious, but I pray all will bring glory to God.
I invite you to join me! Simply post a comment below to join in.
So, to kick things off….today I’m grateful for:
My family. I know this seems a little obvious, but I couldn’t imagine starting this journey without them. I feel so incredibly blessed to have family that supports and believes in me. I am thankful that I live near my parents, in-laws, grandparent-in-laws and that they are involved in our lives. I know others that live far from home and long for the comfort of family.
Thank you, Lord, for family both far and near. Thank you for children and husbands. Thank you for giving us the ability to love, to endure, to put others first. Help us to put You above all.
