Today I’m Thankful For…

I realized recently that I’ve had a bad attitude. Of course there are reasons behind it and yet I know that my attitude is to be like that of Christ (Philippians 2:5) and it certainly hasn’t been lately. So, I’m embarking on a new journey today – a journey of thankfulness.
As often as possible, I’m going to post things that I’m grateful for. Some may seem silly, some will be serious, but I pray all will bring glory to God.

Today I’m grateful for:
Dreams. Yesterday, Diana and I had the pleasure of interviewing 2 amazing guests on our podcast. The first, Dr. Jeffrey Spencer talked about we achieve success in life. He said that he believes many of us don’t dream big enough.
Our second guest, Joy Ike, is a corporate business woman who quit her job to follow her dream of singing. She took a huge risk to follow her dreams and now she’s living life to the fullest.
It was an amazing hour that made me think, re-evaluate and, in the end, realize just how grateful I am for a God who allows us to DREAM BIG and who does amazing and wonderful things through us – no matter that we don’t deserve it.

Hi Jill, I too have had a bit of a bad attitude. So I’m in…
Today I am grateful for:
That I have a house to live in and our family is provided for. On the days that I feel like the Lord forgot about me, I am quickly reminded that he is there.
I have been blessed with wonderful loving children and a husband who tolerates me and all my baggage.
The fact that even though our family is being challenged, I still have my faith, hope in the future and love from those who mean most to me!
Amen! Thanks for joining me!
