Most of these jobs will be processing calls for order placement and/or customer service. Many these companies service inbound calls, but there are some that will be outbound projects. |

Transcription Transcription is typing (transcribing) work from audio to a hard copy. This work can be general, legal or medical in nature. Some companies will require that you have the necessary training or certification in order to be employed with them. |

Document Coding A "coder" reviews documents, finds the needed information and enters it into the required fields. |

Data Entry Basic typing – generally work is given on a day by day basis. |
